Follow Through

One of the keys to taking an accurate shot is to ensure your follow through is performed properly. A proper follow through will consist of having 3 things pointing exactly where you want the puck to go: 1) eyes 2) stick 3) skate (front foot). Remember, the puck only goes where you tell it to. If you have these three things going right to the target, accuracy is sure to follow.
