This week’s video explains the Low Cycle drill.  It’s a great drill for working on cycling, driving the net, and puck protection.  Feel free to leave your comments -- we love to get feedback on the videos.

Great drill. I guess the lads would have stopped in front and side of net as instructed if there was a goalie present. And I suppose you could add a coach as an easy defenceman to keep the pace up, their heads up, protect the puck, and to make their passes and shots crisp.

Great love seeing the drills. I think it would be helpful though to get a litle info on how to defend such plays as well.

It is a great drill! I used it the other night at practice.
