Description

The drill starts with all players outside of the blue line. On the whistle all players enter the zone. F1 skates in an inside-out pattern to the corner while F2 skates towards the boards into the corner. While that’s happening the defense and F3 take their positions.
F1 passes to D1, who then passes to D2. While this is happening, F1 and F2 go to the front of the net. D2 shoots the puck. See the diagram 1.
After D2 shoots the puck, F3 hustles into the opposite corner. Either F1 or F2, whoever is closer to the corner, join F3 in the corner. While that’s happening, the last forward in front of the net moves up to the tops of the circles to become the new F3. The drill ends with D1 shooting the puck. See the diagram 2.
