PASSING, RECEIVING, SHOOTING, BANK PASS |
Description
-1 passes to 2 who skates to blue line.
-As blue gets to blue line he banks the puck off the boards and skates around the pylon
-2 retrieves the puck skates below the goal line looking for a pass through the slot
-After passing to 2 - 1 then times his skate around the other pylon to be in the slot area at the same time as the pass is coming to this area
-1 receives pass from 2 and takes a shot on net
Notes: Can introduce a defence man where the bank pass occurs. who then back checks to bock the pass.

I use this same drill in practice as well (http://www.inlinehockeydrills.com/2010/10/using-wall.html). I do like the O1 passing to O2 to start the drill. I'll be sure to add that in the future.
