Description
1 on 0: Player O circles around neutral zone dot and takes pass from coach - comes in and shoots from the slot.
2 on 0: after Player O shoots, they circle toward the boards and take a pass from Player X in corner. Both players exit the zone and re-enter (on-side). Player O passes to Player X in Slot for a shot. Player X circles out to near boards and Player O picks up puck behind net and makes a break-out pass.
3 on 0: After Player X receives break-out pass. He and Player O exit zone. Player X passes to Last player in center circle and with all 3 players clear of the attacking zone they all 3 re-enter (On-side) for a 3 on 0. Make 1-2 passes between players and take shot on net.
Notes: Rotation at the end of drill:
Player in 1st position (Player O) goes to 3rd position (Center Ice circle). Player in 2nd position goes to 1st position. Player in 3rd position (Center Ice) goes to 1st position.
