Description
On first whistle Black Stabding as shown will skate forward touching up on the next line (D on own blue line, forwards on centre line) as players transition D skating backwards from blueline Coach dumps a puck in a corner or towards the net. As one of the D pick up the puck the other black players react to their respective positions. coach blows in the second whistle and sends one red forechecker. Red trys to stop Black from getting the puck out. as the black move the puck out of their zone they pass the puck to the coach. They get set and do it all again coach sends 2 Red in on the Forecheck then 3 Red on the third try. Works both the forecheck and the breakout in the same drill. Rotate positions after 3 cycles.
Notes: Assistant Coaches keep the players in their positions
