On the whistle.
F1 and F2 skate with the puck lenght of the ice and try and score.
D1 and D2 backward skate and must keep good gap with the F.
At center (RL) F are allowed to make a move inside or outside. D must try and push F to the outside or play them tight 1v1.

Notes: Add second F to make a 2v1.
