On the whistle, the coach passes to one of the (4) forwards X1, X2, X3 or X4.

The Dman starts in the middle of the ice and steps out to play the forward 1 on 1.

Next whistle, the coach passes to one of the remaining forwards - same 1 on 1 again. Progress until the Dman has played 4 consecutive 1 on 1s.

Dman goes to the end of the line, X4 moves to X3, X3 moves to X2, X2 moves to X1 and X1 becomes the Dman.
