D1 grabs a puck behind the net. F1 and F2 swing low in and call for a pass. F1 receives the puck and moves it to F2.

F2 moves the puck to D2 and F1 and F2 regroup.

D1 who started the drill moves up ice, gaps up and plays a 2 on 1.

When D2 makes the regroup pass he then goes back to retrieve the puck and the drill starts again. with F3 and F4. A new D comes off of the bench.
