2 on 2 Continuous

Drill starts with F1 and F2 going 2 on 2 against D1 and D2 in the zone.

F3, F4, D3, and D4 jump off the bench with F3 and F4 playing in the zone looking for a breakout pass.

When D1 or D2 gets possession, the will break out with F3 and F4. F3 and F4 will attack D3 and D4.

Once they gain the zone. 2 new forwards come off the bench and prepare to break out. Two new D also com off the bench.
