Groups equal to or greater than 8 players, divide into 4 groups and two relays; under 8 players use only one relay. Have first player in one of the lines skate forward with the puck, passing it once the hit the red line to the first player in the opporsite line; continuously rortating. The player passing the puck goes into the other line (does not return where they came from).
