Coach begins by shooting puck in. Black D skate and retrieve puck to start breakout. Red forwards fore-check until they get the puck and score or Black breaks the puck out. Black moves puck to the red line and shoot it in for Blue to break out. Black forwards become fore checkers on Blue. Repeat above. Red takes the place of black on the blue line and will break out when blue shoots the puck in.
