Player skates in with the puck on forehand play will cut to the slot and fire a shot while moving. On the backhand player will drive the crease cutting across strong to put the puck in the far side.

Notes: 100% effort. You must want to bury the puck more then the defense-man wants to stop you. These are hard working goals.
