Yes, it's another new look for the Panthers, Florida making wholesale changes this offseason from the removal of head coach Jacques Martin to the trade of captain Olli Jokinen to Phoenix and the acquisition of former Toronto pariah Bryan McCabe.
Martin, who stayed on as the team's general manager, decided to change up Florida's defensive corps, with two (Keith Ballard and Nick Boynton) coming back in the Jokinen deal. Martin wants a strong defensive team, and with solid goaltending provided by Tomas Vokoun and Craig Anderson, the Panthers should be in every game. ...
