The webstore does not recognize my username/password.

We recently upgraded our webstore for a much more friendly user-interface. If you previously had a username/password in our old webstore, you will have to re-register for the new one. We're sorry for the inconvenience, but we feel the new store offers us a LOT more flexibility over the last one.

Another thing to consider is not to confuse the regular website login for the webstore login. We maintain two separate logins for the rest of our site and the webstore. This is for your added security and to help ensure your personal information stays safe.

I didn't receive an email receipt for my order.

Please check your junk mail/spam folder to ensure the receipt email did not get marked inadvertently as spam. If you wrote down your order number, you can re-print your receipt by visiting our order status page.

It's been a week since my order shipped and I still have not received it.

If your order is outside of the United States and has shipped via the United States Postal Service, this can happen. The USPS does not guarantee a delivery time frame for most international locations. Keep an eye on the tracking number sent via email to see if there is more information available.

My USPS tracking number isn't showing any information.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) does not offer real-time tracking like UPS or FedEx do. The USPS version of a tracking number is typically only updated upon acceptance of the package and delivery. Some international orders may also log the date/time the pacakge arrives at customs.

I need a product over-nighted, can you help?

Yes, in most cases we are able to over-night products. For over-night shipments, please call us to place the order so we are able to check our inventory levels and shipment schedules to ensure the product arrives when you want it to.

I want to add/remove a product to/from my order - what can I do?

If your order has not yet shipped, products can be added or removed to/from the order by simply calling us. We will update the invoice and bill appropriately. If your order has already shipped, returns will incur the regular restocking fee (as outlined in our shipping information page).
