Shipping Information

Shipping Methods: Most orders ship via UPS or USPS. Select items may ship via FedEx or be required to ship via truck due to their size. Please note that UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes - if you are shipping to a PO Box, USPS will most likely be used.

Local Pickup: Pickups can be arranged at Kenosha Ice Arena (7727 60th Ave in Kenosha, WI 53142). Please call us to arrange a pickup time.

USPS vs. UPS: There are several important distinctions between United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). Below is a quick overview of these differences.

* - available for Express Mail (USPS), but regular shipping methods including Priority Mail and Parcel Post will not have tracking information - only Delivery Confirmation
** - UPS does offer Saturday delivery only with the following shipping options: Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, Worldwide Express - this option will result in a shipping upcharge

International Orders: CUSTOMER is responsible for all customs, duties and taxes of home country on all international orders. When delivered, the delivery person may require an additional payment or you may be billed. These amounts due are the duties and/or customs brokerage fee...this is not a shipping charge. Please check your local rules and regulations prior to ordering for the amount of these charges.

UPS is typically significantly more expensive than USPS for international shipment and include customs/duties that will be charged. USPS estimates delivery of most international shipments within 6-10 business days - however this time-frame is NOT guaranteed. As there is no tracking available for these shipments, delivery can take as long as 60 days. Out of the hundreds of packages we've sent to Canada, we've only had one so far take more than 30 days to reach its destination.

Shipping Rates: Our shipping rates are NOT marked up. If you would like a shipping estimate before placing your order, please email or call us at 262-672-4126. The real-time shipping quotes you receive online may not always be accurate. If there is a large discrepency between the shipping amount on your order at the time of checkout, we will either refund you the difference if the actual shipping cost is less, or we will contact you prior to shipment to inform you of the new shipping charges. Some of our products can be fit into USPS Priority Mail Envelopes and/or Boxes, which can save you a LOT of money over what it may normally cost to ship.

Returns: Please call our offices before returning merchandize to obtain a return authorization number. All others will be refused and returned at the customers expense. Return of stock items will incur a 15% restocking charge and the cost of shipping. Only unopened and unused products are eligible for return.

PayPal Orders: If you used PayPal to pay for your order, a money request will be sent to the same PayPal email address for the cost of shipping when your order is packaged and ready to ship. Your order will not ship until the shipping payment request has been paid for.

Turnaround Time: Most orders ship within 3 business days. If the product you have ordered is backordered, you will be notified via email of the delay. If a single item of a larger order is backordered, a partial shipment may be sent with the balance of the order to be shipped upon arrival of the product to our warehouse. Some of our items are drop-shipped and may arrive separately.

Transit Times: Please note that transit time varies from carrier to carrier. Here are some common approximate transit times: USPS First Class: 3-7 days, USPS First Class International: Varies, USPS Priority Mail: 2-5 days, USPS Priority Mail International: 6-10 days (note - this is NOT guaranteed), UPS Ground: 3-5 business days. Please refer to the tracking information (if available) for your order's specific transit time.
