Description

1. players line up in all 4 corners, two "high" lines, and two "low" lines
2. on whistle, first player from each line goes without puck
3.Low Player O1,3 skate route and get pass from O2,4 for a shot on net. switch corners
4. High Player X1,X3 skate route and get pass from X2,4 players then continues shoot in stride goes into Low lineup
5. Switch high/low lines after 5-6 mins.

Notes: players keep feet moving, use forehand/back hand for catching pass accordingly, yelling for pass, shooting on stride
coaches have pucks in NZ to pass to players who miss the high pass, this will happen often at camp with the varying skill levels
