Description

Station 1.
1.) F1 starts with puck on goal line in corner
2.) On whistle, F1 attempts to work puck to front of net for shot on goal.F1 cant go behind the net
3.) D1 starts in Slot and on whistle reacts and tries to force F1 to outside and not give him position in front of net.
4.) On whistle play ends and F2 starts the same way
5.) D1 needs to react and get back into position to play F2.
6.) On Whistle drill is over, D2, F3,F4 will take position

Station 2
1.)X1 begins backwards and performs quick one-touch passes with X2.
2.)Once X1 gets close to the blue line they pass across ice to X3 who quickly returns the pass to X1 for a shot in the slot.
3.) opposite corner goes

Notes: switch sides after 6-8 mins
