Gord and J Skate with Circles Pass and Shoot and Puck Carry Shoot

Notes: DIAGRAM ONE Shows how everyone lines up

DIAGRAM TWO
Players on the X side skate the pattern without a puck, with hockey stops facing down ice (stopping on their ride side). When first X skater passes the second cone, the next X skaters starts.

Coach makes pass to X skater above circle and X player shoots on the goalie before hashmarks (no dekes or rebounds). X player then goes into O Skater line.

Players on the O side skate the pattern without a puck, with pivots to backwards at top of first circle and each cone. When first O skater finishes the first circle, the next O skaters starts.

Coach makes pass to O skater above circle and O player skates around the circle and shoots on the goalie before hashmarks (no dekes or rebounds). O player then goes into X Skater line.

DIAGRAM THREE
Players on the X side skate the pattern without a puck, with hockey stops facing where they started (stopping on their left side). When first X skater passes the second cone, the next X skaters starts.

After last cone, X skaters skates above circle and then shoots on the goalie before hashmarks (no dekes or rebounds). X player then goes into O Skater line.
