Description

Inside out on the first pylon and then quick crossovers to build up speed. Coaches can stand inside the chevrons and apply pressure so players have to work on puck protection. Head up thinking about where to shoot as they round the last pylon. Then proceed to the pylon for a transition from front to backward skating. Then proceed back to the far pylon and transition forwards. One last transition from front to backwards and then skate along the blue line backwards and transition to forward skating and return to the line.
