Description
Competition between F and D - F's must get 13 goals in 10 minutes running time. Place 10 min on time clock.
Coach will blow whistle to begin each series of offense. An offensive series consists of a 1v0, 2v1 and 3v2 set. Perform as shown in diagram above.
