Description
Stn 1 Give and Go
X1 takes off skating, while X2 passes them a puck, X1 puck handles out over the second pylon then pass to Coach at center, takes the pass back and puck handles towards net and shoots.
Stn 2 Stickhandling
On the first go-around each player skate around the pylons while stickhandling less than shoulder width wide. Next try stickhandling as wide as the player can reach on booth sides.
Next weave puck through pylons while skating on the left side of the pylons. Next the same but skate on the right side.
Stn 3 Passing
Begin with stationary passing. After, one player skates backward while the other skates forward while continuously passing the pack back and forth until they reach the boards, then reverse in opposite direction.
