Weight Shift - NZ Shimmy

Description

Start drill by skating backwards without the puck. Catch a pass from the 2nd player in line and transition forward (bobby orr). Carry puck around to the outside of the neutral zone and jab turn at the blue line. Come back around with crossovers and enter zone at the face off dot. Hard pull around the cone and enter zone and finish with a shot.
