Description

Drill is continuous. Starts with 1:1 only ONCE.
1- D Passes the puck to Forward and Plays 1:1
2- After 1:1 complete whistle blows and F turns to D, D turns to F and races to support play on the other side of the ice
Opposite side F&D start

**Coaches Notes**
The supporting offensive player should be yelling to let teammate know who is on his team.
The plays can sometimes be quick 1:1s, or a slower developing 2v2.
