Description
X1 & X2 leave on whistle, without puck. Forward x overs with speed around cones. Receive stretch pass from opposite corner and go in for shot. Stay for next shot as a screen/tip dimension.
Start next group, opposite corners on whistle.
Add in coach pressure anywhere within skating or receiving pass.
