Upside Down Stick - Puck Control Race

Diagrams

Description

Location: Any Corner
Setup: Setup 4 pylons along the goal line and 4 pylons near the blue line. Adjust pylons per amount of lanes for the race.

Objective: Player (X) at the goal line starts and controls the puck to the pylon near the blue line and back to the goal line, then passes to their partner (O), they repeat the same. Do this 2 times per each participant. This can be done as a race.

How-To: Flip your hockey stick upside down so that your top hand is holding the blade and the bottom hand is as usual (middle of stick). You must control the puck with the butt-end of the hockey stick. Put the end of the stick on the middle of the puck with a lot of pressure to control it.
