Give & Go (Hashmarks)

Description
Location: One corner
Setup: A net on goal line below the circle.
Players line up against the boards at the outside hashmarks. Player passes to coach in the corner. Coach passes back to the Player through the cones. Player curls around the last cone and takes a shot on net.
This drill on the left side of the ice suits left handed players. Have right-handed players transition from forwards to backwards to receive the pass on their forehand.
Progression #1: Flip the drill to the inside hashmarks and move the net closer to the corner, to benefit right-handed players.
