Break Out Regroup Dump and Change Flow

Diagrams

Description

Puck is dumped in corner. Players skate in zone and set up for one of our breakout options

Wheel, Over, Rim, Up or Reverse

The key is all players are in proper position.
Strong side D hard to puck, shoulder check and read options
Weakside winger to far post. We do this so they see the ice in front of them it also puts them in a position to become an outlet.
Center takes strong side post and is ready to support the strong side d or join break out.
Strong side winger post up on boards. Once they get puck and have control we want them to come laterally off boards to create space. Look for flat pass option first.
Weak side winger goes to slot then drives wide in neutral zone looking for pass.
