Description

- Goalie lines up on opposite side of net from the coach.
- Goalie Pushes off and slides on other pad to opposite post.
- Coach gives easy shot on ice to the goalie's pad.
- Goalie makes save then stands up in ready position.
- Coach switches sides.

- Repeat from opposite side.

Notes: This is very tiring for the goalie. Make sure that rest time is given after every few slides.
