Description

- Goalie lines up in middle of net.
- Coach lines up at centre pile of pucks.
- Coach takes low shot (< 15 inches off of ice)
- Goalie goes down to make save and pops back to ready position.
- Move to next position. (Coach moves first)

Positions go in order of (G,1,G,2,G,3,G,2,G,1,......)

Notes: Also a very tiring Drill. Make sure goalie gets rest after every few cycles.
