Description

D1 and D2 start on red line facing coach. on whistle they skate backward to bottom of centre circle then forwards to top of circle and pivot backwards again. At the same time F1 skates up and around cone on blue line and drives wide. F2 skates around far cone and receives a pass from coach. Looks up ice and head mans up to F1. F1 and F2 then go 2v2 vs D1 and D2.

As they get older drill can be run from both ends
