One of the D start with the puck. On the whistle they send to "C" who is then going to make to a choice to pass it to the LW or RW and attack down ice 3 on 2.
Once C receives the pass F1/F2/F3 all leave to back track down ice.
F1 continues to attack the puck all the way back going through the middle of the ice and ideally helping allow D1 to hold the blue line.
F2 (whomever is 2nd back into the zone) goes to the middle of the ice to play the weak side winger role
F3 tracks back into the strong side winger role
Note: If F1 can't get within a stick length on the puck carrier then they read the play (track back to the middle) and find the high man into the zone until F2 has called them off the play then return as F1 low/support
