Description

This drill can focus on both forecheck and breakout at the same time. Depending on the focus of the team emphasis can be placed on either system. For example, if breakouts are the focus the whistle can be blown as soon as the forecheckers gain possession. Forchecking systems such as 2-1-2/1-2-2 can be applied.
