Description

F1 skates with a puck. At the same time, D1 is skating forward and pivots around the faceoff dot (outside the blueline). F1 makes a pass to the D1 who is now skating backwards. D1 passes the puck back to F1. F1 skates around the faceoff dot to build up speed for a 1-on-1 versus D1. After D1 makes the pass back to the forward they should gap up to the forward.
