D-Man Double One Ups

Diagrams

Description

F1/F3 start the drill. F1 passes to D1 as he back peddles towards the blue line. (Allow for one touch passing if age appropriate). Once D has hit the blue line, D pivots to the middle of the ice while F opens up along the boards. D takes a couple steps, makes a pass to F on the wall. F goes in and shoots on goal. Once D makes the first pass, he skates up the ice and around the circle, pivots and receives a pass from F2. Initiates the same sequence as done with F1, but instead of skating back around the circle, D skates up to the blue line where pucks are present. D walks the blue line for a shot on goal while F1/F2 are screens in front.
