Description

Players line up in corners.
Players skate with puck. At each cone, puck goes on one side of cone, while skates go on the other. Players should switch from backhand to forehand at each cone. More advanced players should keep their feet moving.
As players move towards the net, he will be forced to move away from coach, going left or right while staying between cones, and taking a shot on net.

Notes: Coach should wait to the last possible minute to open up lane, forcing player to keep his head up.
Encourage players to maintain speed even when deeking.
