This drill was created using HockeyShare.com's Online Drill Drawing & Practice Planning Platform.
Starting with 6 players (3 on each side of center) in the NZ.
On whistle, both ends do the same thing.
X sends puck to D. D moves laterally to find space. X cuts up the ice and across. D finds X with a pass, reading the players in the NZ to find the right lane to make the play.
Run out of both ends to add more chaos. O's move across the ice after each pass and into the back of the line. IE, O1 goes to back of X line, O2 goes to area O1 was in, O3 takes O2's area and X after shooting fills the O3 area.
Players can be still or moving, and depending upon difficulty desired, active or passive sticks.
