3v2 Forecheck, 3v2 Zone Entry, With Backcheck to Breakout

Description

On the whistle, the green forwards execute a zone entry against the blue defence. They forecheck until a goal or clear win by the defence (i.e. goalie cover). On the second whistle, the blue forwards execute a zone entry on the green defence. At the same time, the green forwards backcheck. The blue defence joins the rush to cover the blue line. At this point, they are 5v5 in the far zone. The green team tries to break out while the blue team tries to score.

The green team would then move to where the blue team was, and a new team would replace the blue team.

Notes: Get shots. Don't force passes and focus on scorer mentality.
