Description

Drill is simple - it's about what we're working on.
(C) places a puck about 10-12 feet away from X and O.
On Go players race for puck to try to get inside position and protect the puck.
Winner takes puck to net to try to score. Let the battle play out.

Focus - inside position. Use shoulders. Use arms or stick to move opposing players stick away from the puck. If on outside lane and winning the puck recognize where you place the puck (into the player or away from defender).
