Description

Can play with 3 or 5 pucks.
Each whistle is new puck for X1 to shoot.
X2/3/4 must leave the "box"/area and return back to the offensive position each time the whistle goes.
O's are defending and trying to box out. X's are trying to get inside the dots and to the net front.
Ideal is 2 net front and one high player for high tip.
X1 must shoot or shoot for tip/re-direct/one-timer.
X1 can move around and take their time looking for a good shot. Encourage this - encourage the battle net front to take place. Let defensive players battle to move forwards from the front of the net.
Offensive players - move, get inside body position, move to create offensive lanes.
