Description

X's start down ice 4 on 2 vs O's.
O's have to get the puck out to their offensive unit waiting at center ice.
X's are trying to score.
2 X's stay in zone to play defence vs O's after O's have gotten the puck to center for next group.
(C) be ready with extra puck to start next group when goal is scored or goalie covers the puck

Notes: Can identify who stays or have players do it
Can have a timer IE 8 seconds from the time the offense gets the puck across the blue line to create urgency
