Description

Power Play 5 v 1 to 5 v 4 A fun & competitive game to practice power play and pk concepts!
- The game starts as a 5 v 1 and every time the coach blows the whistle (in 5, 10, or 15 second increments) a new player for the PK jumps in!
- Keep score to see how many shots & goals the PP can generate. Make sure all players get reps at PP and the PK.

Notes: - Power Play Coaching Points: quick passes and shots players without the puck move to open space and be ready to pass or shoot- players without the puck should plan their next play before the puck arrives
- PK Coaching Points- keep sticks on the ice to block passing lanes- get to the center of the ice when entering the game- communicate with your teammates- stops and starts instead of long swooping turns
