Lateral Gap for D

Diagrams

Description

On go both F and D leave. F has puck. F must do one full turn at a cone (or stick handling device) and come back towards where they started. Idea is that we're changing where it is and the D is reacting - not knowing.
D is shadowing the F working on their lateral gaps, focusing on hips up ice and powerful pushes to move to the side.
F chooses when to attack down ice (or coach can tell them)
Stickhandling device is just there to show the added skill F can work on. Can be replaced with a cone.
