Lane 1: Forward Stickhandling - Three narrow and fast then two wide and slower.
Lane 2: Backwards Stickhandling - Keep puck in front of you and stickhandle. Not just a puck drag.
Lane 3: Same as lane 2.
Lane 4: No stick. Keep puck in feet and under control.
Goalie: Goalie Deeks (Lateral Movement. Keep it slow. Goalie on skates/knees not belly.)
