Description

Divide players into 4 groups and station each group at a blueline. Position pucks as shown.

X1 initiates drill by passing to O1 who skates into the pass. O1 handles puck briefly and then passes to coach. X1 and O1 then loop around the coach. The coach passes to one of the players and then they go in for a shot on net.

On next whistle players from the other 2 lines go.

Have players play puck until a goal is scored or the goalie covers it up.
