Ceasers 3 on 3 possession game

Description
Drill starts with 3 X's and 3O's in the middle of the ice.
1 X and O on the goal line
1 X and O at the top of the circle on the boards
1 X and O at the center line around the edge of the circle
Extra players can fill in for any line in their colour
(C) sends puck into middle ice with 6 inside players to compete to get the puck and make a play.
Game is about possession! Players on the inside can move the puck to each other at any time with no restrictions.
Rules: When a player on the inside makes a pass to the outside players the outside player enters the middle ice and the player who made the pass takes the spot on the outside.
Outside players entering can't pass back to their same line without making at least one offensive play (can modify this based on age but examples 1 pass, cross one line - blue or top of the circle or middle of ice). General rule is one pass to anyone else.
Defensive team is trying to get the puck back and can attack the players on the outside as they enter into the 'game'. (Awareness when you get the puck - what's open, where's your space!)
Players get rewarded when they get to their own lines and get a chance to rest on the outside but must be ready to go at any time!
