2v2 with Net Front Battle

Description

On coaches whistle, 2 F's and 2 D's skate to far end. D can't pivot until they reach the blue line. Coach passes to either one of the forwards.
Forward options:
- shoot
- drive the net
- pass for the backdoor play

After the shot, one of the F's spins off and gets a pass from coach, then passes back to coach. F's get to net front for screen, deflection, rebound... coach shoots on net from the point.

After the play, the 4 skaters hustle back through the middle as the next group is starting

Notes: 2v2 and is also good for conditioning
