Description

X1, X6 start with a pass to the coach and proceed into a figure 8 around the cones.
The players receive a pass as they turn around the 1st cone and then give it back to the coach while between cones.
Players receive another pass coming around the 2nd cone and go in for a shot on goal.
Players give two passes and receive two passes.
