Description

1 starts in the corner with a puck and proceeds to stickhandle through the pucks (or SweetHands stickhandling trainer). 1 then proceeds to perform quick inside edges while controlling the puck through the tires/cones. Player then drives to the net and takes a shot on goal. After shooting, player picks up puck in the opposite corner and proceeds to make a move at each of the 3 cones. Drill finishes by the player taking a final shot on goal.
