Description

1v0:
X1 steps out from wall, pivots to face X2, and receives pass from X2
X1 passes immediately down to X3, and then skates for return pass from X3. Pivot open to face X3.
X1 passes back down to X2, and gets one-touch bump pass back.
Then X1 goes 1v0 against the goalie.
X5 starts at same time on other side.

2v0:
X1 steps out from wall, pivots to face X2 and receives pass from X2.
X1 passes down to X3, and X3 joins rush in 2v0 against the goalie.
X1 to pivot open, and transition skate to join X3 in the 2v0.
X5 starts at same time on other side, and regroups with x7 to go 2v0 against the other goalie.

Notes: Players must stay on their own half of the ice until they cross the blue line.
